Warranty and Returns

At WORD Boat Trailers, we take pride in getting you on the water with confidence. Because trailers are large, titled assets and many units are custom-ordered, our return and refund policies are designed to reflect the nature of these specialized products.

1. Trailer Purchases

All sales of Venture Trailers are generally final once the purchase is completed and ownership has been transferred. We strongly encourage all customers to perform a thorough inspection of their trailer before finalizing the purchase.

 

2. Deposits

Deposits may be non-refundable, particularly for:

  • Special-order units from Venture Trailers.

  • Trailers already in production or transit to our location.

  • Custom-configured trailers with specific upgrades.

Refund eligibility for deposits will be confirmed at the time of the order and documented on your invoice.

 

3. Custom & Special Orders

Trailers ordered with specific colors, dimensions, or specialized component upgrades are non-refundable and non-returnable once the production process with the manufacturer has begun.

 

4. Manufacturer Warranties

Your purchase is backed by the industry-leading quality of Venture Trailers.

  • Standard Warranty: All trailers come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

  • Extended Protection: If your trailer is equipped with Vortex hubs, your warranty coverage for those parts can extend up to 6 years.

While WORD Boat Trailers will gladly assist you in navigating the claims process, all warranty approvals and decisions are governed by Venture Trailers' corporate policies.

5. Delivery Fees

Any paid delivery or transport fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been scheduled or completed.

6. Defective or Misrepresented Units

If you identify a significant defect or a material misrepresentation at the time of pickup, please notify WORD Boat Trailers immediately. We will work closely with you and the manufacturer to reach a resolution, typically through repair or warranty support.

 

7. Cancellations Before Pickup

If a purchase is canceled prior to pickup or title transfer, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that administrative or restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
