At WORD Boat Trailers, we stand behind our products and services. To ensure we continue providing high-quality trailers and expert craftsmanship, we have established the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility Overview

New & Used Parts - Eligible for return within 30 days.

Boat Trailers - Final Sale. Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customizations & Special Orders - Final Sale. Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Service & Labor- Final Sale. No refunds on labor performed.

"As-Is" Items - Final Sale. Non-returnable.

2. Return Guidelines for Parts

Eligible parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup, subject to the following:

• Authorization: All returns require prior written authorization from WORD Boat Trailers and original proof of purchase.

• Condition: * New Parts must be unused, in original resealable packaging, and include all manuals/accessories.

  • Used Parts are only eligible for return if confirmed defective and a replacement is unavailable.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns (excluding items confirmed defective by our team).

• Verification: Photo ID is required for all in-store returns exceeding $250.

 

3. Return Process

1. Initiate: Contact us with your order details to request a return authorization.

2. Pack: Once authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, packaging, and insurance.

3. Inspect: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items damaged in transit or those deemed non-resalable.

4. Refund: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash purchases over $100 will be refunded via company check or store credit.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Restocking and shipping expenses will be deducted from the final refund amount.

 

4. Damaged & Defective Items

• Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. Keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage for our review.

• Defective Items: Defective items may be exchanged for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

 

5. International Returns

We do not accept international returns. Please contact our support team for specific inquiries or rare exceptions.
